Aahuti Rai

Aahuti founded Four Points in 2001 - a strategic consultancy offering transformation and innovation services for Boards and their Executive teams working with well known organisations such as Specsavers, ebay, Takeda, Triumph, Affidea Health, IAVI, Santander and also the NHS.

In 2018, her intentional move into the health-tech sector brought together her personal care and interest for health, with her professional change, strategy and business development skills.  In this sector, Aahuti works as a Strategic Advisor and NED to medical device and digital health start-ups helping them figure out how to succeed and scale in their target markets. This includes commercial strategy development; creation of go-to-market plans testing them with market entry tactics; and a focus on approaches to create patient engagement.

"I have always believed that health-tech is one of the biggest levers to create a sustainable and scalable healthcare delivery system; one which makes personalised care possible and which encourages patients to proactively manage their 'whole' health.  However, I also feel strongly about the need to do this responsibly and ethically with due attention being paid to how we maintain appropriate f2f care from clinical and allied health professionals; how we integrate into the patients' world; and how we responsibly use personal data - ensuring all the time that we are inclusive of all parts of society."
